This project involves construction of a new multi-family residential complex on a previously developed site with an existing underground parking garage/ surface parking area and existing vacant 4-story office building. New construction involves structural upgrades to the existing parking garage and a 4-story, 114 unit multi-family residential complex on podium over the upgraded surface parking area. The project includes onsite/offsite civil and landscaping improvements. Construction also involves interior improvements of the existing building and associated site improvements including a new pool for resident use.
