Gilbert, AZ – This project consists of the renovation of three existing buildings at an existing complex; a 3212 sf Community Center, a 2210 sf Fitness Center and a 1068 sf Cabana. Amenities include a leasing center, community and game rooms, workout facility, kids play zone and pet spa. The improvements consisted of structural modifications to the community center to create an open and light environment, an exaggerated and welcoming entry portal to the complex, new mezzanine construction to utilize previously unusable space, and new finishes and furnishings throughout. All three buildings were designed to coordinate with the existing architecture, finishes and colors of the complex.
