Formerly known as the Days Inn Hotel, this project consists of maintenance and repair of the existing parking lot, improvements to existing walkways/ landscaping, and new additions to the property. Additions include 5 new guest rooms, 4 new saunas, pedestrian pathways, firepits and outdoor seating. Existing guest room renovations included new finishes, fixtures and furnishings. Additionally, bathtubs were converted to showers, 2 existing ADA rooms were reconfigured to address accessibility deficiencies and 4 existing rooms were converted to accessible mobility rooms.
