Goodyear, AZ – This was the tenant improvement to an existing restaurant space. The challenge of this project was to take a former sushi/teppanyaki restaurant and convert it into a Mexican restaurant. Of the original eight teppanyaki stations, two were retained and re-purposed to allow cooking in the dining area. The grill stations are now used to prepare dishes that are cooked to order in front of patrons.
The interior finishes were updated using vibrant colors and corrugated metal, substantially changing the character of the space.
