Phoenix, AZ – This project consisted of a variety of changes to an existing heavy equipment maintenance facility that services and repairs motors and wheel components used in heavy mining and construction equipment.
The project included the removal of an existing elevated loading dock, removal of a large fuel tank, installation of a new 500 gallon fuel tank, and removal of an old and installation of a new pre-fab paint booth. The project also included demolishing a portion of the existing mezzanine level to create an area for storage and repair of cranes and the design of a new outdoor canopy for a 35-ton Komatsu crane.
All associated piping, sprinkler systems, lighting and mechanical systems at the demolished mezzanine were relocated.
